ANVISA prohibits sales of hair straighteners
The National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) banned last Thursday (06) the trade in products of the line Dheia Hair Cosmetics, manufactured by the company Sani Química Ltda. The measures, published in the Federal Official Gazette, were taken because of the lack of records of the products listed below:
Perfect Progressive 3D
Progressive Perfect 3D Platinum
Botox Platinum
Anti-Residue Shampoo
Thus, it is determined by the Agency to prohibit the sale, manufacture, distribution, disclosure and use of the products mentioned in the Dheia Hair Cosmetics line without registration.
Sani Química Ltda was also banned from manufacturing and trading of irregular sanitizers, authorization. The prohibited products are: Master Camp, Master Clhor and Master Clean.
