Ingredients:
- 2 carrots cut into slices
- 1 col. (tea) margarine light
- Salt to taste
How to prepare:
1. Cook carrots in boiling water until tender. Drain and beat in blender until mashed;
2. Return to the pan, add the margarine and salt and stir until a lightly whipped puree.
