What made you decide to lose weight?

The first reason was aesthetics. I've been overweight for a few years and I've always felt bad, especially when I was going to buy clothes and never found pieces of my size that pleased me. The second reason was health: I developed hypertension for some time. Getting sick and taking medicine every day is not cool. So, at the beginning of this year, I decided to have a new body: more beautiful and healthier.

Have you ever had problems with weight?

Since childhood I have always tended to gain weight.

Mainly, because of the proposal to lose weight and to be able to eat everything, because the

How were the first few weeks?

The first week was great, I was able to keep within the recommended points! The second was also very good and, joining the first two weeks, I lost almost 3.0kg without making much effort. Now, in the third week, I'm feeling a little more difficult because of my personal adaptation. I am in the phase of deciding to give up food with more points and they will not do me so well for foods with fewer points that will give me more satiety and are healthier.

What were your biggest difficulties so far? Basically, having to choose between a slice of chocotone and a slice of bread in full form, for example. Not that I can not eat the chocotone, as much as I can, as long as it does not exceed my daily points, but it will deprive me of eating other, healthier, satiating things. As difficult as it may be for me, this is how we test the size of our willpower.

Lia is now in the third week of the Diet and Health re-education process, with only about 9 weeks remaining to complete the 3 months of the Challenge. We're in the crowd and looking forward to the results!
