But we know that the process of transformation is an internal search, which requires a lot of self-knowledge. To help in this mission, we present here our inspiring life Fabio Dia Giacomo, founder of UM% consultancy.

Fábio's life story alone is already an example of the search for self-knowledge. Fábio is a mechanical training engineer, worked for more than 20 years as an executive of large multinational companies until he discovered that his business was not machines, processes, spreadsheets, his business was people, he was the human being, his business was to discover together with the people what limited them and what they needed to do to reach their goals, find out how they could make dreams, which would make them happier.

The mechanical engineer changed his career, became an engineer of people , as he himself likes to define, and has become a scholar of the functioning of the human being. Fábio has been working as a coach for over 10 years and is a founding partner of UM%, a company that is a partner of My Life in the project 'Inspiradores de Vida'.
