Fabio Di Giacomo, inspirer in the quest for self-knowledge
The "Life Inspirers" project is a My Life initiative in partnership with very special people to inspire more and more people to seek a life healthier, more balanced, happier. But we know that the process of transformation is an internal search, which requires a lot of self-knowledge. To help in this mission, we present here our inspiring life Fabio Dia Giacomo, founder of UM% consultancy.
Fabio Di Giacomo, engineer of people and inspiring My Life
Fabio will help us reflect on how we can be more accomplished and happy in all areas and aspects of life: in relationships, at work, in the balance of emotions, in the use of time, in the search for a healthier lifestyle, among many other issues. He will talk about what it is important to observe in order to achieve any goals whatsoever and how we can continually improve in any field of life.
We know that promoting some kind of change, especially one that is internal, is not a task easy, but he is an expert on the subject.
I believe that the world only improves from the continuous evolution of being, from the evolution of each of us. Life only improves as we evolve. And evolution only comes from self-knowledge
Fábio's life story alone is already an example of the search for self-knowledge. Fábio is a mechanical training engineer, worked for more than 20 years as an executive of large multinational companies until he discovered that his business was not machines, processes, spreadsheets, his business was people, he was the human being, his business was to discover together with the people what limited them and what they needed to do to reach their goals, find out how they could make dreams, which would make them happier.
The mechanical engineer changed his career, became an engineer of people , as he himself likes to define, and has become a scholar of the functioning of the human being. Fábio has been working as a coach for over 10 years and is a founding partner of UM%, a company that is a partner of My Life in the project 'Inspiradores de Vida'.

Meet the inspirer of life Fabio Di Giacomo
Feeling of greater sadness - Anxiety, "chest tightness", empty - As if the "course" had been lost, the direction of life - Difficulty of feeling pleasure and joy - Problems in concentration - Alteration of sleep - Irritation and lack of patience. But if you have identified with any of the above, it does not mean that you have depression.
Restless legs syndrome (RLS) has nothing to do with the mania of swinging the lower limbs while talking, reading, watch television or work. This custom ceases as soon as the individual realizes what he is doing. SPI causes a discomfort in the legs that only passes when the person moves. Abnormal motor agitation compromises the quality of life of the carriers because it interferes with sleep and does not allow the stay in a single position for a long time, which disrupts trips to the cinema, long trips, meetings and even dental consultations.
