In photos, nutritionists show that what is important is not to eat little, but to eat better
Some believe that in order to lose weight, it is necessary to eat little, but nutritionist Flávia Gonçalves Micali revealed in her master's thesis, held at the Medical School of Ribeirão Preto, that choosing the right foods for dieting is more important than quantity.
Under the guidance of Professor Rosa Wanda Diez Garcia, the nutritionist decided to show in photos the difference between healthy foods and those who are ill because they contain too much fat, such as processed foods. In the article, Flávia also compares the amount of calories found in processed foods and in natural options.
The result indicates, for example, that some sweets, such as ice cream, have a lot of sugar and fat. So a bowl of sundae contains the same amount of fat as a healthy food dish: about 26g. In addition, if a person takes two juice boxes (250 ml) every day, the amount of sugar consumed in a year will be equivalent to 22 kg.

The Christmas and New Year parties are invitations to exaggerated consumption of alcohol and foods. "Very caloric and greasy meals and excess alcoholic beverages, common at this time, cause abdominal distension, nausea and headache the next day," says Patricia Ramos, nutritionist at Bandeirantes Hospital.

We list eight foods that are not exactly what they seem, we explain if there are any problems in the consumption of the "impostor" version and, so that you do not switch cat by hare, we explain how to find out which ones the ingredients that actually make these foods.
