• Tiredness
• Dizziness
• Shortness of breath in exertion or even at rest
• Palpitations and fainting are common and may mean that the problem is worse
• Edema (swelling) in the legs
• Feeling of satisfaction even when eating a little ("bread-making")
• Dry cough especially at night
• Difficulty sleeping because of shortness of breath or being awakened at night due to lack of air means that the function is getting worse or you are retaining fluid.

Heart care should not be left aside. Pay attention to the main symptoms and schedule a medical appointment if you suspect your heart is larger than normal.
