Learn to Differentiate Choices from Waivers
Some choices are easily confused with dropouts and vice versa. I, in particular, do not like the verb to give up, I think it always sounds like cowardice or laziness. Not that I am the symbol of courage or disposition, but, let's face it, withdrawal is synonymous with renunciation, too Melancholy thing for a Buddhist accustomed to extract from herself what she wants from life.
I do not believe in heavier burdens than bonuses. When this happens, it is good to stop to analyze, take care of listening to the heart and the signs of life. If you allow too much time to pass, it is quite possible that the spine arches and the body falls ill, without mercy or pity. It is from the soul that the cancer, the fever, the stroke are born. This is where the need for choice (which returns the brio) comes in and never gives up pure and simple (which brings taste of defeat). The difference can be subtle sometimes, and the outsider can judge arbitrarily (as almost every judgment is). But we always know the truth of our decisions and that's all that matters.

A group of scientists devoted themselves to studying how affection acts in our body and found that the gentle touch is able to calm the effects of social exclusion.
Following a diet is not easy. Even more so after a hard day with lots of work, traffic and lots of trouble to solve, is not it? At these times, it is difficult to resist a sweetmeat or a fry. But science has just discovered why temptations are stronger at these times, and the whole problem is in the mind.
