Localized fat: Combination therapies work to combat the problem
The localized fat is nothing more than an accumulation of adipose tissue (popularly known as "fat") in a certain body region. Because it is not a problem for obese or overweight people, the presence of fat in some part of the body is a common condition even in lean individuals, especially in the flanks, arms, abdomens, thighs and hips, in addition to the dorsal region.
Normally the accumulation of this fat is due to regular physical inactivity and poor diet, but the hormonal imbalance can mainly collaborate in the hips and thighs, with changes in adipose metabolism and lymphatic circulation being common. Poor posture and genetics may also influence how fat will behave in relation to its distribution.
Combination techniques for localized fat solution are a good option, provided they are based on physiology adipose tissue and tissue. It is important to emphasize that this type of treatment is not indicated for reversion of obesity. When targeting the reduction of fat tissue, it is sought to reduce the amount of adipose cells in a given region and thus reduce the measurements only.
Combined treatments need to be plotted according to the profile of the individual and the tissue previously evaluated by a trained professional. As for the area of the body that is being treated, it is important to observe, for example, if there is any flaccidity attached to the skin or the musculature of the place, allowing to treat it in a whole, guaranteeing the improvement of the contour and a visually aesthetic silhouette. Here are some common combinations of devices:
Aesthetic ultrasound + electric current + massage
The 3 MHz aesthetic ultrasound combined with the stereodynamic current can be performed before a modeling massage. It acts on the fat and empties the adipocyte, maintaining the integrity of the cell membrane and turning it into thin particles, from the emitted waves (that generate small agitations). Since the stereodynamic current, by promoting activation of the lymphatic system, facilitates the elimination of this product by helping to open the lymphatic capillaries and to capture it in the interstitium, bringing good results in the reduction of measurements. The modeling massage can be allied to this procedure, with vigorous movements to "reorganize" the adipose tissue approached, improving the body contour and circulation, aiding in the mobilization of liquids.
Different types of ultrasound
One can choose also by the use of high-intensity focused ultrasound that reaches the subcutaneous tissue (around 10mm deep), allowing the fat cell membrane to rupture, resulting in benefits in the body contour. This can be combined with a mechanical drainage system, the multi-drainage ultrasound, which brings together 18 transducers responsible for draining the waste from that process into the lymphatic system.
Ultrasound + radiofrequency
Ultrasound can also be combined with radio frequency. For example, waves of ultrasound shear waves, when scattered, act on the cell's fat membrane, breaking it. In this case, after the destruction of the adipocyte, the elimination of the residues is natural and made slowly (aided by the lymphatic system). The ultrasound shear waves works with the hot mode, which accelerates the metabolism, using the compression waves (responsible for preheating the adipose tissue and increase the effectiveness of the shear waves), and with the cold mode, which prevails waves of shear and seal in the adipocytes. It is noteworthy that the breakdown of the fat cell in this process is selective and therefore does not cause damage to other tissues. After its use, radiofrequency can be chosen, which will improve the texture of the skin and the contour of the treated area. Manual lymphatic drainage, in this case, may be allied on a different day from this application, improving and potentiating the stimulation in the tissue.Cryolipolysis + lymphatic drainage
Cryolipolysis is also a viable technique for the treatment of localized fat. It acts through the intense and localized cooling of the adipose cells in the treated region, leading its cells to death by apoptosis to aid in the elimination of localized fat without causing damage to other tissues. The release of these cells and the reduction of adipose tissue is gradual and has its result around 90 days after application. Prior evaluation by a trained professional is important. Manual lymphatic drainage can be allied to this technique, because in this case it would help the lymphatic system in the elimination of the residues resulting from the established cell death process.
Electrolypolysis + lymphatic drainage
Electrolysis is the application of low frequency currents on the adipose region, usually 25Hz, which acts by breaking the fat cells and helping to eliminate them. It can be supplemented by manual lymphatic drainage, improving tissue oxygenation and adding benefits to the lymphatic system, which will eliminate waste from this metabolism.
Combine or not combine?
There are no better or worse combinations, there are good professionals with look at tissue evaluation and identification of their need. Some treatments alone are effective in themselves, not excluding the efficiency of combined therapies, so the need for prior evaluation.
Argan oil: know all about this natural oil for hair and skin care
Argan oil is an extract extracted from the nuts of the Argania spinosa plant, found only in Morocco. In fact, for centuries Moroccans have used this oil for the treatment of hair, a use that was recently discovered by the rest of the world. As this plant is not found elsewhere, this oil is extremely rare.
Learn how to prepare your skin for makeup
Your skin needs to be thoroughly cleaned and moisturized before makeup. "This process is important for better distribution and fixation of make, and make sure it looks as natural as possible," explains makeup artist Bruno Di Maglio, from the 1838 Salon in São Paulo. The first step is to wash the face thoroughly with cold water and soap (the one most suitable for your skin type), which can be in a bar, liquid or mousse .
