Ingredients

1/2 cup oatmeal

  • -4 tablespoons of crushed golden flaxseed (flour)
  • -2 tablespoons (soup) filled with well-cooked and kneaded manioc
  • -1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Preparation

Renders on average 10-12 mini pasteis, will depend on the thickness and size of each. Can be frozen!
