Oat cake, linseed and cassava: tasty and healthy

1/2 cup oatmeal
- -4 tablespoons of crushed golden flaxseed (flour)
- -2 tablespoons (soup) filled with well-cooked and kneaded manioc
- -1 tablespoon olive oil
- -seal and seasonings to taste
- -water needed to give
In a pot stir in flour and seasoning. Add the mashed manioc and the olive oil. Knead well with your hands until you get a homogeneous dough. Add a little water to make the point in the dough. Use about 2 tablespoons (soup). The clay is good to work and does not stick to your hands. Leave a little lint to rest - the dough will absorb the water and it may be necessary to add more, since it gives a resecadinha!
If you lose the dough point by adding more water than necessary, just put more flour oats gradually. Open dough and cut into circles. I suggest dividing the dough in 12 portions and opening and on a floured bench with potato starch. Fill to taste. Close by pressing a fork at the edges. Lightly bake in a preheated 180C oven until golden brown. When it starts to brown, I suggest raising the oven to 200C. When the bordinhas begin to blush, it is time to take. Renders on average 10-12 mini pasteis, will depend on the thickness and size of each. Can be frozen!
