Detox Diet Day Menu with Green Juice
The detox diet proposes a reduction in the number of daily calories and consumption of foods that cleanse the body, such as fruit juices and vegetables. See example of a one-day detox dietary menu with 1,000 calories per day, indicated by nutritionist Clarissa Fujiwara:
- Green juice with 1 slice of pineapple, 1 apple, 1 leaf of cabbage, slices of ginger and water with 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 1 cup of chamomile
1 (average) roasted pear with cinnamon powder
- 1 dessert plate of American lettuce, radicchio and palmito
- 4 col. (eggplant soup) or grilled zucchini
- 2 col. (soup) of quinoa in grains
- 1 chicken breast with curry
2 col. (dessert) of cranberry or goji berry dehydrated
1 plate of cream of pumpkin, carrot and ginger
