Our body expresses itself through laughter, pain, paleness, contractures, tremors, sweating, tears, intestinal derangement, among others. The body immediately manifests all emotions, even those that we want to hide from ourselves. When the body complains, we are aware that we are not in order, that is, we are aware that there is no internal harmony.
