Pabllo Vittar undergoes three surgeries on his face: understand about procedures

On Wednesday, singer Pabllo Vittar, 23, posted a video on the Instagram with some dressings on her nose and chin, surprising her followers. According to the celebrity press office, Pabllo Vittar has recently undergone three surgical procedures on the nose.

After the posting, fans began speculating whether the artist would have had a plastic surgery but according to the advice the singer confirmed to Extra newspaper that went beyond that. "The surgery performed by Pabllo Vittar was for the correction of septum deviation, removal of adenoid (a set of lymphoid tissue, similar to ganglia, that remain in the cavities nasal and may cause difficulty in breathing) and nose surgery (rhinoplasty).

Septum Deviation and Rhinoplasty

Surgery for septum diversion can be performed along with rhinoplasty. This procedure is called rhinosseptoplasty, which is nothing more than the combination of the septum deviation treatment with the correction of aesthetic defects of the nose.

When the two procedures are indicated, the ideal is to be performed in the same surgery . Postoperative results are usually much better, both on the aesthetic and on the respiratory side.

Septum offset correction is indicated when deviation impairs respiration of one nostril, or on both sides in case of deviations more accentuated and sinuous. It is rare to find a person who has a completely straight septum, but this does not mean that any deviation deserves correction - the degree of deviation and its location that determines the indication.

In general, the further anterior the septum deviation, near the nostrils, the more obstructive it is, because this area is narrower (called the "nasal valve" area). These earlier deviations, especially when located at the tip of the nose, can also cause the "drooping nose". In these cases, the correction, in addition to improving the functional part, leaves the nasal tip more projected or coiled, which is an aesthetically desired effect.

Every aesthetic change must be evaluated individually, according to the expectations of the person and the possibility of the desired result. The major complaints are related to the nasal tip, usually drooping and big, the bony dorsum, generally raised forming what we call giba or callus bone, and the nose wide. Remembering that everything should be discussed so that the result is harmonious.

Adenoid withdrawal surgery

Adenoid withdrawal surgery, known as adenoidectomy, is considered a quiet surgery. It is done under general anesthesia and lasts less than ten minutes. It is made by the child's mouth, in which is inserted an apparatus for the curettage of the adenoid. The practitioner can insert a camera through the nose to aid visualization.

It is not all the adenoids that are removed during surgery, because it is technically impossible to remove everything. Hardly, if it is done between three or four years, the adenoid will grow back to the point of needing another surgery in the future. Learn more about what adenoid is here!
