Do not you dispense that cold draft beer over the weekend or have a drink with friends at happy hour? If consumption is moderate, it probably will not bring further complications. This, of course, if you are not on a diet to lose weight. In this case, the perspective changes. A glass of beer can detonate the result of your weight loss goals.
This thinking is not 100% wrong, because to have a healthy diet and to lose weight with health, it is necessary to change some habits and include others in the diet routine. This means that if it is common to eat candy, quantity and frequency that they are consumed should be reduced. The same reasoning applies to a diet rich in meat, snacks, sweet biscuits, sausages (ham, salami, sausage) and / or frozen.
