Recipe: Egg whites with quinoa and anchovies

Learn how to prepare a light omelet with quinoa and anchovies, which is released to people with lactose intolerance and enjoy the benefits of the ingredients for your health. Ingredients

  • 4 eggs (1 yolk and 3 egg whites)
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 5 tablespoons quinoa
  • Spinach
  • 3 steaks of anchovies

How to make

Beat the eggs, then mix the quinoa together with the spinach. In a nonstick pan, place a wire of canola oil, add the whole mixture and spread well. Drain the oil that comes from the anchovies and wrap the panela mixture as if it were a pancake.
