Specific sounds may favor learning

Specific sounds may favor learning

A recent study by researchers at Northwestern University in Chicago suggests that touching specific sounds during sleep may help you remember more easily than you had studied before bedtime.

The study involved people who were taught to move 50 images to a particular location on the computer screen. Each of the images had a related sound, like the noise of a helicopter. After the exercise, 12 people slept and the researchers touched 25 of the sounds shown in the activity. According to the researchers, when participants woke up, they failed to realize that sounds had been played during sleep.

However, most participants recalled precisely the location of the images associated with the 25 sounds played during sleep, and the images

According to the researchers, it is possible to absorb information during sleep using the auditory system, giving clues to the brain through sounds specific to each learning.

Addiction to pornography may impair a man's sexual performance

Contrary to popular belief, addiction to pornography may be destroying the sex lives of many men. According to the results of the study presented at the annual meeting of the American Urological Association in Boston, men who are addicted to pornography are more likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction and tend to be less satisfied with sex.
