In companies, competent departments can produce the results they need to complement a project or launch a product. A good team works with mutual respect, cooperation, trust, sharing, willingness and goodwill, and flexibility.

Team success depends on clear goals and leadership to create motivation. This is what distinguishes a team from simply a group. Working as a team is the most appropriate way to get richer results. Minds united toward a solution generate ideas that a single person in their area, although with much knowledge, can not always develop and execute without help.

Teams, when well organized, share tasks: each person performs part of the process and informs everyone where they are going. Lined up, the staff does not waste energy. It establishes mission, purpose, guarantees synergy and coherent actions.
