Webseries shows how positive attitudes transform the world

What moves you? What makes you go further? It is difficult to find someone who has never asked these questions for himself. The answers, in many cases, contain what each understands as a transformative act, as a way to make the world better.

In order to stimulate positive attitudes of ordinary people that can be seen as great examples of overcoming, the web series "You Always Well" tells stories of people who have overcome difficulties and achieved goals that not only changed their lives, but also made them a real tool for transforming society. Translating in a very simple message: these people changed the lives of themselves and others, who needed - and a lot - of that help.

This happened to the journalist Priscila Pacheco. She is responsible for the Peripheral Window project, which promotes communication workshops with children from the outskirts of Curitiba, where she grew up as well. The idea is to allow children to reflect on the context in which they live, based on their own vision of their space.

The project designed by the journalist gives a voice to children, who end up seeing the transformation potential that each one of them has. That was what they could verify after making a documentary, in one of the workshops, on the soccer field of the neighborhood where they lived, that was deteriorated. A few days after the debut of the movie "O Campinho", Priscilla returned to the neighborhood and found the children much happier. The reason? The camp was renovated and embellished. "It's a job that does not bring financial compensation, but it brings personal fulfillment, which is what matters most to me. I do not think I would be happy if I could not get through. forward what I lived and what I think other people can experience as well, "says the journalist. In the first episode, the web series features the story of Marco Aurélio Borges, a paralympic athlete who had his leg amputated after suffering a motorcycle accident at 20. years old. He has seen in the sport a window to the world: Marco is a record launcher with appearances in the paralympics of Beijing and London. It was also through sport that he managed to complete two colleges and have the experience of living overseas.

Marco is an inspiration to others who need to overcome the same obstacles as him. "Focus on what you have, do not focus on what you have lost": with this simple and genuine advice, it shows how broad your vision for the future is. That of any person can also be.

With 6 episodes in all, the series is an initiative of Sompo Seguros, a company of the Sompo Holdings Group, one of the largest insurance groups in the world. In addition to being available on the Youtube Channel of Sompo Seguros, the videos will also be shared on all social networks of the insurer, with the hashtag #vocesemprebem.
