Which woman never tried a diet, right? Over time, however, these attempts can add up to about 130 diets started (and abandoned) throughout life. At least one study from the company Fourth, with 1,500 women, concluded.

Each year, on average, two different diets are initiated by women, which last for four weeks and three days. The most popular menu is the fat-free diet, performed by 21% of them. Then comes the vegetarian diet with 15%, and third is the non-carbohydrate diet, made by 13%.
